There is no general minimum age of admittance for the venue, however any event specific age restrictions will be stated on a show by show basis if they apply. There is a strict policy of no U14's on the floor for any standing shows.

On street parking: Limited on street parking near the venue Nearest car park: Adjacent to venue (approx 300 spaces) Princes Quay Shopping Centre (approx 900 spaces)

Box office

Opening hours: The Venue box office is only open on show days and will open 30 mins before doors. Payment: Visa, Mastercard Ticket collection: Tickets can be collected from the venue box office on the day of the event which is located in the main foyer (ground floor). Please take the credit card used to make the booking and your Ticketmaster reference number
