Our arena is designed with accessibility in mind, featuring accessible changing rooms and restrooms as well as accessible seating in the arena for events (if you'd like to double check accessible seating arrangement for an upcoming event then please contact the event organiser directly).

Parking

Please use public transport to travel to the Olympic Park, as there is no parking at the venue. The multi-storey car park at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park can be used. You can also find out more information about car parking at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Box office

Payment: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. Please note we’re a cashless venue. Ticket collection: If tickets are to be collected at an official box office, only the person who bought the tickets may collect them upon presentation of a booking reference number, photographic identification and the payment card used to make the purchase.

Venue rules

- No bag larger than A4 approximately (30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm) will be allowed entry, please note the venue does not have anywhere for bags or luggage to be stored. - No cameras, video cameras or audio recording devices. - No food, bottles or cans. - No alcohol or illegal substances. - No smoking (includes e-cigarettes) outside of designated smoking areas.
