Age policy

The Phantom of the Opera is recommended for 8 years and over, however we will allow children in from 4 years plus, as long as they follow the guidelines you have stated. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No babes in arms. Young children are admitted but not encouraged unless the parent is confident that the child is old enough to be attentive to the performance and not a distraction for other members of the audience. Everyone must have a valid ticket and occupy a seat. Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy infants.

Opening hours: Our Box Office at the theatre is open 12pm to 7:45pm Monday to Saturday and our Call Centre is open Monday to Saturday 10am to 5:30pm. Phone: 0203 925 2998 Payment: We do not take cash or cheques. We accept credit or debit cards and SOLT Theatre Tokens or LW Theatres Gift Vouchers. Ticket collection: E-tickets are sent out with the confirmation email. Please either print out E-tickets or E-tickets can be shown and scanned from a customers phone.
