Age policy

Children aged 4 and under are admitted free, provided they do not occupy a seat. In the interests of other patrons, any young children making excessive noise may be asked to leave.

Parking

There is no on-site car parking at Kensington Palace. An NCP car park is located on Bayswater Road.

Box office

Opening hours: The box office will be available on-site during the run of performances for will call collection and on the day sales, which opens daily at 6.00pm. Phone: There is no on-site advance box office for this event. Ticket collection: The on-site box office will be open for the collection of will call tickets from 6.00pm. Customers will need to present the credit card used to make the booking and their Ticketmaster reference/confirmation number.

Venue rules

Smoking is not allowed in the venue. The use of cameras, recording equipment and mobile phones is not permitted during the performance. Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. Customers are not allowed to bring picnics into the Palace grounds.
