Before you buy your tickets, get in touch to inform us of any access or personal assistant requirements you may have. You can call us on 01202 399 922 (10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) or email us. You can also contact us through Next Generation Text Service by 18002 01202 399 922. After our team confirms that your request has been processed, you can complete your purchase through Ticketmaster. Once your tickets have been booked, get back in touch with us to finish up your reservation. We will do our best to make this as smooth a process as possible for you.

Age policy

Gigs: The minimum age is 8 unless with written permission from venue management. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult. Under 18s events are 13 to 17yrs only Clubs: Strictly over 18s (Photographic ID will be required)

Parking

Free on street parking can be found in the local area. Hawkwood Road main car park is long stay, use postcode BH5 1BY for sat nav. It has two disabled parking bays and is around 300 metres away. At weekends, the Sovereign Centre car park is just next door and is open until midnight on Friday and Saturday, charges apply.

Opening hours: 12pm to 4pm, Monday to Friday by arrangement in advance, so please do get in touch with us, we're at your service. Opening times will be different on bank holidays, so do check. Ticket collection: Tickets left for collection can be picked up on the door, on the day of the event, from when doors open. Please take the Ticketmaster reference number and the card used as payment with you.
