Gigs: The minimum age is 8 unless with written permission from venue management. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult. Clubs: Strictly over 18s (Photographic ID may be required)

Parking

Parking and by car As we're in a prime city centre location, we're easy to get to by all major approach roads, including the M62, M58 and M6. There's some street parking that's free after 6pm, but limited on Bridport Street) but if you're driving, use car parking at The Liner, it's right next to us at the top of Lord Nelson Street. You can even guarantee a space by pre-booking, even during the busiest of times, using JustPark. The postcode for your sat nav is L3 5QB. Disabled parking and by car We do not have our own parking facilities, but there are some bays outside our venue on Bridport Street and places if you are Blue Badge holder, plus there are options for drop off outside at the main entrance. There are secure (manned) parking facilities at The Liner, it's right next to us at the top of Lord Nelson Street. The post code for your sat nav is L3 5QB.

Box office

Opening hours: O2 Academy Liverpool Box Office is not open during the day for purchasing physical tickets. To purchase tickets in person, the Box Office will be open for 1 hour between 6pm and 7pm on show nights, please note door sales are CARD ONLY. All tickets subject to booking fee. Please see our venue scheduling or contact the Box Office on the above number or email for confirmation of when we will be open. Please don't forget the original credit card used and the booking confirmation code given as proof of purchase. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets.

Venue rules

No cameras, video cameras or audio recording. No food, bottles, cans or alcohol to be brought onto the premises. No smoking. Security measures are in place so there will be bag checks on arrival. Only one small bag per person is permitted, and it must not be bigger than A4 size. Height: 29.7cm Width: 21cm Depth: 15cm Large bags, including rucksacks, are not allowed and there are no facilities to leave any luggage so please make alternative arrangements. If you really have to bring a bag and its preferable you don't, please make sure its small.
