Age policy

The age limit whereby a spectator needs a ticket to enter the Principality Stadium for a rugby event is 12 months old.

Parking

Park and Ride is available along the routes into Cardiff Central. We would advise spectators take advantage of the Park and Rides available on event days located at Pentwyn and Leckwith.

Opening hours: Event day Box Office opening times will be made available on each event sales page one week prior to the event. For tours of the stadium call: 02920 822228 Calls will cost 7 ppm plus your network access charge. Payment: Mastercard/Visa/Switch/Cheque/Cash. Ticket collection: Tickets will be available on the day of the event. Please bring your Ticketmaster reference number and credit card used to make the booking with you. Venue rules

Entry to the stadium will be denied to any person carrying alcohol, any drink containers, recording equipment, photographic equipment, airhorn, or any article (for example, a firework or flag stick) which may be used as a weapon or missile. Please be aware that smoking is not permitted in any area of the stadium. No duplicate ticket will be issued in the event of the original ticket being misplaced or lost.
