Age policy

Age limit 4 and over (unless a performance specific age limit is advised). Babes in arms are not admitted to any of our venues. Please check the individual show page information to find out if there is an age restriction for your event. All children must be able to sit unattended in their own seat. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over, who must be seated with the child and accompany them throughout their visit. It is the customers responsibility to check the suitability of a performance for any children in their party regardless of any official age recommendation guidance.

Parking

Nearest NCP: Brewer Street. Street parking is very limited - strongly advise using public transport.

Box office

Opening hours: 12pm to 6pm Monday to Friday for advance sales. 10am to 6pm on Matinee days. Saturday and Sunday opening times vary as we are only open if we have a show. Payment: Box office is now cash free and we do not take Amex in person at TLP. Ticket collection: Tickets left at the box office for collection may be picked up on the day, during the hour before the performance starts. Please take the credit card used to make the booking and the Ticketmaster booking reference number as proof of purchase.
